Capacitating Human Rights defenders is one of the targets of CPR. Thus, a three-day workshop for the Human Rights workers in the Northern Province was organized and conducted by CPR at OBTEC, Kilinochchi. Various experts in the fields of Human Rights and law animated the sessions and Fr. Selvaratnam, OMI moderated the workshop. Around 65 participants representing various NGOs and INGOs benefitted from this programme.
