Deacons Seemanpillai Alstan Roche OMI & Manuelpillai Patrick Prashanth OMI were ordained on the 8th of April 2015 for the Province of Jaffna. They were ordained together with eight other priests by Bishop Rayappu Joseph atSebastian’s Cathedral, Mannar.
