Fr. Jacob Yogarajah, OMI, the new hospital Chaplain in Batticaloa Teaching Hospital celebrated the feast of the Christ the King on the 27th of October 2019. It began with the hoisting of the flag. The festive Mass was celebrated by Rev. Fr. Alex Robert, the Director of EHED and the Dean of Batticaloa Denary. The Doctors, nurses and of course the patients and the nearby faithful were very much happy and interested in organizing and celebrating such a feast in the Hospital. Even heavy rain was not a hindrance to go through a wonderful celebration. We appreciate Fr. Yogarajah, OMI and the Catholic Union who were behind the scene to make this feast a successful event.
