This Center provides specialized ministries according to the time and the needs of the people. The vision of this center is to create a healthy society where there is no alcohol, drugs and smoking. Its mission is to render new life to the alcoholics and drug addicts by treatment as well as creating awareness to prevent the addiction.
In the month of May 2016, this Center reports that it has conducted awareness program at five different schools in the District of Mannar, viz., Karunkandal RCTMV, Andankulam RCTMS, Pappamoddai RCTMS, Thullukudiyiruppu RCTMS,Parappankandal RCTMS.
